Shaker Style Stereo Cabinet

This shaker style stereo cabinet was built for a customer to compliment their existing shaker bedroom furniture. The cabinet is constructed from solid cherry and features two adjustable shelves to hold a variety of stereo components.  This cabinet could also be used to hold books, magazines, or as a display cabinet. The size and wood selection can be customized to suit your requirements.

Features

• Tapered legs made from solid cherry, grain matched top and sides. • Glass doors feature mortise and tenon construction with mortised hinges and bullet catches. • Two adjustable shelves on traditional batten / notch adjustment system. • Shelf front edges are beaded for decoration and feature dovetailed battens to prevent cupping. • Construction is mortise and tenon, sliding dovetail and half-blind dovetail. • Back panel can be cabinet plywood or solid wood with custom wire exits and ventilation. • Can be stained to compliment existing furniture or desired color. • Finished with varnish or shellac. • Hand rubbed and waxed to a satiny sheen
