Queen Anne Bookcase

This Queen Anne style bookcase was built from solid curly cherry and features ogee bracket feet and one piece crown molding.  The construction of the bookcase is done with handcut dovetails which are visible from the top of the piece.  The shelves are attached to the sides of the piece with a very solid sliding dovetail joint. The size, style, wood selection, and coloring can be customized to suit the customer's requirements.

• Solid curly cherry construction - utilizing wide boards for full grain patterns. • The dimensions are 72" high x 45" wide x 16" deep - other sizes available on request • Solid cherry backboards • Handcut dovetail joinery throughout the piece • All molding and trim details were based on period styles. • This bookcase was finished with a hand rubbed wiping varnish -  then buffed and waxed to a satiny sheen. • Other woods, styles and finishes are available
